Dibs

Dibs is a senior cat who is the sweetest, mostly cuddly guy you’ve ever met! He loves nothing more than to curl up in his foster mom’s lap, and to “talk” to her when she gets home. And no, it’s not your imagination, he does have a permanent “wink” but he gets around just like any other cat! Dibs is good with kids, cats and small dogs, but would prefer a home without a large dog. He also requires wet cat food as he cannot chew dry food (although he does grab a bite or two of his foster sisters every now and then!) 

Dibs was initially rescued in 2005 during Hurricane Katrina. He was just a kitten and was floating in the floods with his sibling, when a kind soul saved them!
